A little bit of information about us & our products.

Our names our Brandon & Emily, and we are, The Cody’s. We reside in Newfane, NY and we specialize in Artisanal Small Batches of Jams, Jellies, Marmalades, Trail Mixes. and some baked goods. We are firm believers in making the best, quality products we possibly can. Emily spends a lot of time reading and doing research and she is the brains behind all of the flavors and recipes! Brandon, on the other hand, takes care of pretty much everything behind the scenes. We definitely work great as a team and we would not be as successful if we did not have each other!

Our products are made with either local or frozen fruit depending on availability and seasons. Currently, we do NOT make anything with high fructose corn syrup. This is a big deal because most major jam/jelly/marmalades are loaded with that, and so many other additives. We bring you the purest, limited ingredient products we can. However, because we do not use high fructose corn syrup or some of those additives like the big commercial companies do, this can cause hardening and/or crystallization, just like you would see with raw honey. If you find that this has happened with any of your products, simply set out at room temperature for roughly 20 minutes prior to use, or run under warm water. DO NOT MICROWAVE, they will not set back correctly after being warmed up. All of these can be used for so many things, get creative and share your ideas/recipes with us!
